Passagem de imagens, imagens da passagem: a circulação de filmes ligados ao processo de independência moçambicano

O presente artigo analisa o filme 25, realizado por José Celso Martinez Correa e Celso Luccas em 1975, e a instalação Para Moçambique, de Ângela Ferreira (2008). Em registros distintos, as duas obras tratam da independência moçambicana e, para isso, fabricam o que poderia ser chamado de “imagens da passagem”. O conceito evoca também a circulação das imagens em movimento, incluindo tanto a passagem da sala de cinema e a televisão para o espaço de exposição (caso da instalação de Ferreira) quanto os múltiplos empréstimos entre cineastas e os caminhos alternativos percorridos pelos filmes ligados à independência moçambicana.
