Carrossel encantado: apontamentos iniciais para um mapeamento das mostras e festivais de cinema infantil distribuídos pelo Brasil

Ao longo dos últimos anos, tornou-se crescente o número de mostras e festivais audiovisuais em solo brasileiro, bem como o número de pesquisas e estudos acerca dos mesmos. É por entender a importância da disseminação dos registros e saberes acerca destes eventos que, neste estudo, dedicamos especial atenção às mostras e festivais audiovisuais dedicados ao público infantil a fim de entendermos os diversos fatores que atravessam suas existências. Assim, aqui, encontram-se listados 26 festivais e mostras realizadas entre os anos 2002 e 2021, distribuídos nas diversas regiões do país. Para além da geolocalização destes eventos em território brasileiro, este estudo também oferece elementos para compreendermos de que forma políticas culturais direcionadas aos eventos audiovisuais e à infância possibilitaram uma melhor e mais justa distribuição geográfica das mostras e festivais infantis em nosso país.
