As discussões em torno das categorias visibilidade/invisibilidade da experiência das mulheres lésbicas mobilizam, há décadas, a academia e a militância social. Neste ensaio, exploro algumas possibilidades de reflexão sobre os debates em torno do acionamento da ideia de “visibilidade lésbica” ao longo da história. No trânsito entre experiências pessoais e produções acadêmicas, sinalizo contribuições para o avanço na noção de “visibilidades reguladas” e para as políticas de coalização com outros sujeitos subalternizados.
