Corpos em deslocamento: passagens pelo sertão de O Céu de Suely e Deserto Feliz

A busca por outros lugares move os corpos dos personagens em algumas narrativas audiovisuais contemporâneas. Neste artigo, tomamos dois filmes recentes do cinema brasileiro, O Céu de Suely (Karim Aïnouz, 2006) e Deserto Feliz (Paulo Caldas, 2007), que são pensados em conjunto a partir de uma questão central, a do deslocamento. As duas obras tratam do movimento pelo espaço e dos desejos de evadir-se. Cada uma transforma essas questões em problemas cinematográficos de forma singular e situa a discussão num campo distinto do que habitualmente está associado aos road movies. As variações dão-se conforme as implicações dos percursos desencadeados e os dispositivos de passar e estar no Sertão.Downloads
