O Dominante: Um Legado do Formalismo Russo

A tradução do ensaio “The Dominant”, apresentado por Roman Jakobson em 1935, numa palestra pública na Masaryk University, em Brno, Checoslováquia, onde foi professor até 1939, serve para resgatar um pouco a importância das contribuições deste autor e também como um convite para um novo olhar sobre a rica história do Formalismo Russo. Mas se justifica, especialmente, por apresentar, em português, um conceito que se originou nas investigações sobre a linguagem poética, mas que ao longo das décadas se revelou um instrumento de teoria e crítica de extrema utilidade nas mais variadas áreas das artes e da cultura.Downloads
