Entre afetos e excessos – respostas de engajamento sensório-sentimental no documentário brasileiro contemporâneo

Este artigo procura pensar sobre modos de articulação do engajamento sensório- sentimental do espectador mobilizados pela narrativa para dar conta de articulações das histórias íntimas e cotidianas nas quais parece se centrar uma tendência importante do documentário brasileiro contemporâneo. Argumentamos, com base na análise comparativa entre os filmes A Falta que me faz (Marília Rocha, 2009) e Elena (Petra Costa, 2012), que ambos os filmes transitam de formas distintas entre os modos de afeto e de excesso como resposta ao paradigma das sensações e da moral da cultura somática que parece marcar a contemporaneidade.Downloads
