Interview with Portuguese filmmaker Susana de Sousa Dias, in which she discusses her most recent film, Fordlândia Malaise (2019). The production is a result of an artistic residency and a labor with archival images from the city of Fordlândia, located in the state of Pará, in the Brazilian Amazon. The director deals with the filmmaking process, the formal aspects of the film, as well as its aesthetic and political implications.
